1. What Inturno is (and isn't)
Inturno is an automated aggregator of internship listings published on third-party employer career pages and applicant-tracking systems. We are not the employer, we do not run any hiring process, and we are not a party to any contract you enter into with a listed company. The "Apply" link takes you to the employer's own application form.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
- No scraping, mirroring, or bulk-downloading of the Service.
- No attempting to interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the Service.
- No misrepresentation of identity, role, or affiliation with any company.
- No use of the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or discriminatory purposes.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Admin access is granted only to authorised personnel.
5. Listings & accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to verify and refresh listings, but we cannot guarantee that any particular listing is currently open, accurate, or that the linked employer will respond. Always confirm details on the employer's official page before applying.
6. Third-party content & trademarks
Company names, logos, and listing content remain the property of their respective owners and are shown here for informational and indexing purposes only. We claim no affiliation with or endorsement by any listed company unless explicitly stated.
7. Intellectual property
The Inturno brand, design, code, and original copy are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing will result in an internship offer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inturno and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed ₹1,000.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Inturno harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection rules, the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
